About ourSenior UX Designer role

As part of our Digital Self Service Squad, you'll be UI design for all our digital customer service journeys. Our ambition is to lead the market with our digital functionality in order to create the highest possible levels of customer advocacy.

Key responsibilities of our Senior UX Designer include:

- Ownership of self-service UX strategy & planning

- Ensuring ever-evolving improvements in the UX for customers looking to self-serve

- Managing and coordinating testing and website iterations in support of our Agile approach

- Efficiently managing day to day issues related to the UI of our digital self-serve functionality

- Aligning with broader teams across the Group on key strategic projects and customer priorities

- Leading the line in terms of UI design best practice and standards

What we're looking for in our Senior UX Designer:

- Experience delivering UX continuous improvement plans and roadmaps within large brands

- Experience creatively translating strategy and insight into improve user experiences

- A results-orientated person due to your strong analytical commercial acumen

- A massive team player who can positively affect change across our Group

- Naturally proactive and enjoy taking accountability/ownership of your area
