Depot Manager

Turners (Soham) Ltd. is one of the largest privately owned transport companies in the UK and an exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Depot Manager to work on our prestigious Cargill contract based at our depot in Bootle.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that compliance levels remain high and that our maintenance records are recorded accurately. Knowledge of SCOPA regulations would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be given. The individual must be able to plan trucks and on occasions work away from Liverpool.
 

The role requires a self-motivated individual with strong people management skills with previous experience within the transport industry and hold a valid international CPC qualification. Resilience, good inter personal skills, dedication to provide total customer satisfaction and crucial to the role to ensure the very highest standards are maintained.
