Customer Service and Sales Advisor

You'll be working for a growing business, earning a basic salary of GBP20,000. On top of that, you'll have the opportunity to make an uncapped commission with expected additional earnings of GBP8,000 per year. It's a full-time, permanent position, with unrivalled training and support provided. You'll be working in Manchester city centre, close to all public transport links.

We require some form of Customer Service experience but personality and the hunger to learn are the most important things you need to succeed! The successful Customer Service and Sales Executive will be helping our customers purchase luxury and you be rewarded financially by ensuring they receive it in a timely manner

The Customer Service & Sales Executive will:

Manage inbound/outbound telephone calls, emails, letters and SMS
Ensure that all documentation is in place so the customers can receive their product
Pro-actively chasing the customers for any missing documentation and creating a sense of urgency
Have exceptional organisational skill and be comfortable multi-tasking
