Term:                     Full-time 40 hours, Permanent, All Year Round

Futura Learning Partnership is a partnership of schools which span the Bristol - Keynsham - Bath area that are working together to provide a high quality educational experience for all students in their care and be a truly inclusive provider of 4-19 education in the area

The Trust has set up a subsidiary trading company (WMAT Trading Ltd) to manage its traded services, in particular the activities of the two sports centres, located at Wellsway School and Sir Bernard Lovell Academy, catering services, childcare provision and sports delivery services. We are now looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead and deliver current and new business opportunities within this important part of the Trust.

You may have a background in sales management, sports and leisure management or your experience may have been gained in a different sector. You will however possess sales and commercial management skills, an entrepreneurial flair and hold a track record of delivering sales KPI’s in a commercial environment.

The successful candidate will be able to balance strong networking skills with a drive and ability to attract new business within a busy marketplace, and will be instrumental in unlocking the potential from a wide range of potential commercial opportunities with the Trust and its schools. For the right person, this is a unique opportunity to work with a leading education provider and ultimately make a real difference to the communities we serve.
