Our client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to support the group with all their human resource needs. Due to the nature of this role experience is required. The role is part time, 22.5 hours a week.
Duties and Responsibilities
??General administration relating to all HR matters
??Pre-boarding and onboarding new employees
??Issuing contracts of employment
??Assisting with recruitment selection
??Sending out job offers
??Updating personnel records including things like absences, annual leave etc.
??Arranging staff DBS checks and other relevant checks
??Reference checking
??Supporting in appraisals
??All other duties as required
Requirements
??Experience within a similar role is essential
??Excellent communication skills are required
??Sets high personal standards, be flexible, proactive, creative and innovative.
??Highly organised, able to work independently, and thrives under pressure of deadlines
??Attentive to detail and be a confident self-starter who is excited to be working in a group of companies that are experiencing rapid growth
??Collaborative team-worker with excellent communication skills
