Tax Technology and Data Operations - Manager, Senior Manager and

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Your key responsibilities

Key responsibilities will vary depending on the level and role, some responsibilities across various areas include:

• Responsible for TDO activities across the full engagement lifecycle (i.e. identification and pursuit through to transition and into BAU Operations including contracting, engagement code management, billing, etc)
• Work as a key part of an Account pursuit and delivery team leading on TDO requirements
• Support the continuing evolution and implementation of Technology and Data Solution Architect standards to transform service delivery
• Deployment and positioning of the market leading EY's Global Tax Platform (GTP) and broader EY technology solutions

• A strong and effective communicator who can adapt in a dynamic evolving environment
• Team player who can confidentially work with Senior EY and Clients stakeholders
• An ability to distil complex scenarios and requirements into simple messages, concepts and solutions
• The ability to resolve issues applying design and analytical thinking
• Strong project management skills, ability to plan, prioritize work, manage to meet deadlines and manage risk and escalations
• Be able to successfully work with an extended virtual team across multiple jurisdictions, including GDS

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Degree level qualification, or proven work record in a similar environment
• Experience and understanding technology deployment models (e.g. requirements, design, implementation etc.) and data management/operations
• Experience in delivering complex client projects involving technology, transformation and data operations
• Professional experience working with global clients
• Experience of working in and managing virtual team across multiple locations who have varied skillsets

Ideally, you'll also have

• Understanding and experience working with various ERP reporting solutions
• Technical knowledge of, or a keen interest in the Azure services stack
• Strong technical background including data visualization and analytic tools (Power BI, QlikView, Spotfire, with R, python, SQL or Excel VBA or similar)
• Experience integrating applications, data and processes as well as examining systems architecture
