Electro/Mechanical Fitter - West Sussex - up to GBP25500pa
The Company
Our West Sussex based client is a specialist in the design and manufacture of heavy duty plant equipment and machinery which is used in the Process industries.
Due to continued growth they require an Electro/Mechanical Fitter to work in the Production Team and be responsible for the assembly of plant equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities
* The assembly of plant machinery working to drawings and specifications
* Wiring of instruments, electrical motors and panels
* Using manual machine tools, lathes, drills, grinding and balancing
* Perform testing and test set ups
Experience/Qualifications
* Proven experience as a production technician/fitter in a manufacturing environment.
* Apprenticeship trained with relevant experience and/or HNC, City & Guilds or Level 3 qualification.
* Machine Tool experience
* Electrical wiring knowledge with instruments and 3 phase motors an advantage.
* Full UK driving licence
Salary
Our client will pay a salary of up to GBP25500pa for candidates that have the necessary qualifications and experience
