Pertemps are currently working for a prestigious organisation based just outside Glasgow City Centre who are looking to expand their finance team and currently have a requirement for an administrator who has an interest in numbers and possibly working in Payroll. This role is working Monday - Friday covering a rotational shift pattern - working no later than 5pm. This position would ideally suit candidates who are looking for their first job and have an interest in finance/accounts but have some good admin /customer service skills.

Do you consider yourself to have good attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and have first class numerical skills? If so this could be the right role for you to kick start your career.

Main duties include;

Ensure all shifts have been correctly confirmed by managers for the Sites that you are responsible for within the payroll deadlines
Check holidays and absence have been entered correctly
Investigate and process pay queries
Liaise with payroll for changes to employee data, update starters and leavers on the System
Compile and control all weekly documentation relating to changes and control sheets for each site and file all correspondence
All Ad Hoc duties as directed by the Team Leaders
