Simply Education are on the hunt for cover supervisors to work on a supply basis in schools across the Lincoln area. With September fast approaching, the new academic year will be here sooner than we all expect! With this in mind, Simply Education are looking to be in a position where we can support local schools with their supply needs, and we need your help to make that happen!
As a supply teacher, you will have ultimate flexibility in your work, as we allow you to pick and choose the days that you want to work each week. During the days you do work, you will be expected to go into schools and deliver pre-planned lessons, provide excellent behaviour management, and quickly build rapport with both students and other members of staff.
Simply Education's specialist consultants will be on hand throughout the recruitment process to provide guidance and information about any roles we have available. We started our journey in January 2006 with the aim to provide teaching staff with local supply work and permanent roles. Over the years we have built strong working relationships with our schools, and we pride ourselves on placing enthusiastic candidates in their ideal teaching roles.
