PI Operatives - Nights
Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Salary: GBP10.50 per hour (plus 10% night shift allowance)

Oakland International are a multi-temperature supply chain logistics specialist and an ethical family business.
We are looking for a hands-on individual to work in our chilled Warehouse, who enjoys a challenge, is able to use their own initiative, working proactively on their own and as part of a bigger team.
The successful candidate will be based at our Redditch Site in Worcestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for a new opportunity working within the food industry and wanting to develop their career.
The Operation runs 7 days a week
PI Operative Nights Responsibilities
Complete verification checks of stock lines and rectify errors where possible before the stock is dispatched
Report findings accurately on a daily basis.
Complete weekly Chiller Checks, minimum once per week for all Chillers
Provide a comprehensive handover at the end of each shift
Complete a daily log of issues detected and any remedial action that has taken place
Conduct checks on pallets ensuring physical labelling and quantities against the system are accurate and correct
In additional to highlighting issues you will assist taking remedial action and where necessary the long term action to prevent the reoccurrence
Communicate WOK figures and Focal points to other members of the team
Application and verification of pallet Identification labels
Requirements for the PI Operative Nights
Understanding of Health and Safety.
Demonstrate flexibility to meet operational needs
Desirable
Experience in a chilled environment
Previous stick check experience
Essential
Proven track record working in a Warehouse
Conversant with warehouse processes
