Here at Kingston College, we are now looking for an Administrator to provide administrative support to Principal’s Group, Schools, Sections, Lecturers, Technical staff and students, to enable the effective delivery of the curriculum and associated activities.

We’re looking for an individual who has energy, enthusiasm and passion for pastoral work and education, with the willingness to work with all student groups. You’ll be highly methodical and have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with staff, students, parents and external clients. You’ll also need to be able to work independently whilst also having proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Due to the nature of this role, we’d also like you to have excellent IT skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, mail-merge and label runs. You’ll have strong administrative skills with solid knowledge of office procedures, the ability to construct letters, excellent telephone skills and proficiency in the use of office equipment such as photocopiers, printers and laminators.
