Our client is a well-established building services organisation who has a very successful installation division.
They have a proven track record of delivering successful solutions to their commercial and domestic clients, offering highly qualified engineers and technicians to provide expertise and experience across the full range of disciplines including local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts and private sector.
They are now in need of an experienced Contract Coordinator to join the team.
The successful candidate will be required to act as first point of contact within the Installation Team. To receive work from clients, update work management systems and allocate workstreams to a team of engineers depending on geographic area. The role will ensure that client requirements are met and in accordance with our company standards
The successful candidate will need to:
Have previous experience working in a customer service environment
Have a confident telephone manner
Be able to cope with a high volume of calls at times
Have strong communication skills
Have the ability to plan and prioritise their work in order to meet targets and deadlines
