They are keen to grow their management team from within and want to support staff with potential to be promoted within the company as we grow, and positions become available.
Requirements:
* No experience is necessary as we are looking for the people with the right values and attitudes, with a willingness to learn. We believe the right attitude and approach are more important, and full training will be provided including the completion of the Care Certificate.
* They are looking for staff to work in our Nuneaton, North Warwickshire and Rugby services.
* The role requires applicants to have a full driving licence and access to a car which is insured for business use as you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of different customers both in their own home and out in the local community.

* You will play a Key Worker role where you will be responsible for writing support plans, supporting people to set goals and liaising with professionals and families.
* You will work within a team as well as on your own, and have the opportunity to be an active, contributory team member; using your own initiative to drive the service forward
