EHCP Co-ordinator - Croydon - Up to GBP32.50 per hour
We are currently looking for an experienced EHCP Co-ordinator to join a fantastic team in Croydon. The successful candidate must have previous experience as a EHC Plan Writer, as well as experience completing annual reviews.

Fully remoteDuties as an EHCP Co-ordinator:
Responsible for ensuring effective and timely assessments, drafting and issuing of quality EHCPs within the statutory timeframes
Ensuring annual reviews take place within statutory timescales, reassessments are conducted as necessary and children and young people are supported to achieve their outcomes
The case load will be determined through the education setting and will require collaborative working with the early years/school/post 16 settings
EHC Assistants will support the Coordinators with the administration of this workEssential requirements of this EHCP Co-ordinator role:
Excellent management skills, related to case management and management of statutory deadlines
Experienced EHC Plan writer
Experienced in completing annual reviews
Able to manage a caseload of between (Apply online only) children
The applicant will need to be resilient and be able to cope with the day to day demands of the job
Work well within a team and collaborate effectively
Understand the EHCP process and the relevant legislation (Code of Practice 2015 and the Children and Families Act 2014)
Be able to communicate effectively with parents, schools and practitioners through a variety of media e.g. phone, email, letter, virtual presence
