We seek a Planner able to plan and programme construction projects in appropriate detail and in a way that adds value. Working in collaboration with colleagues the successful candidate will ensure progress against plan is monitored, filed and analysed on an ongoing basis and communicated in a clear and transparent manner. The job holder will need to think commercially and be proactive in providing decision making analysis to exective management providing the foundation for decisions that positively impacts the programme schedule position.???
About You
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a construction planner including knowledge and understanding of residential projects. In particular you will have experience of implementing best practice planning processes using Asta and expertise in sequencing/analysting critical path and schedule risk.
