Technical Services Manager
Leading Property Advisory Firm
Home based but with Travel, GBP60,000 plus car allowance and benefits
Our client is a leading managing agent/real estate advisory firm, with a global reach and a truly impressive list of clientele.
Having won a number of new contracts they are now seeking to strengthen their technical capability with the addition of a Technical Services Manager. As the technical services manager you will be responsible for managing, auditing and procuring service providers/contractors providing building services maintenance, compliance and engineering installation services across a portfolio of commercial offices, regional business centres and industrial units. You will also be responsible for providing technical advice relating to asset/lifecycle management, statutory and legislative compliance, energy management, maintenance, shutdowns, projects and health and safety.
The Ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience
Strong mechanical and electrical background (HNC/HND/Degree or Masters in a Building Services/Mechanical or Electrical Subject)
A broad experience in Technical FM operations
Experience auditing 3rd party suppliers
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop excellent working relation ships with clients and colleagues.
