Your duties will include the following :-

Working with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to provide data and reports to the Talent Acquisition team and the wider business on a weekly basis
* Complete accuracy checks daily and resolve errors
* Utilise the Cornerstone applicant tracking system effectively for recruitment and reporting
* Mange integration's with third party providers (e.g. video interviews)
* Attend Cornerstone meetings and user groups to understand new releases and process improvements
* Ensure internal systems training materials are kept up to date to reflect new releases
* Provide systems training to new starters and UK lead for quarterly new release training
* Manage any internal queries using the Top Desk ticketing system ensuring that every query receives an appropriate response and are escalated where necessary
* Manage right to work checks for Head Office candidates as required
* Managing the Head Office in-box
* Checking new Head Office requisition requests using Oracle
* Creating any offers in the system as may be required by the team
* Support the team by following up with candidates who have yet to accept their offers and complete their on-boarding
* Regularly update and refresh career site
* Ensure positive relationships with key stakeholders for areas of responsibility are maintained through effective delivery of service levels
* Manage Talent Acquisition teams time-sheets on a weekly basis
* Assist the Senior Talent Acquisition manager with procurement contracts and documentation
* Work with Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on planning and delivering recruitment communities and related projects (e.g. data)
* Assist with ad hoc recruitment projects as requiredWhat you'll need to succeed

* You have enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced retail environment
* You'll have a curiosity and passion for technology and recruitment systems
* You have extensive experience in Excel
* You will have working knowledge of MS Office
