Recruitment Partner (FTC)

SF Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a fantastic organisation who are looking to recruit a Talent Partner on a 6 month FTC

You will ideally have previous internal recruitment experience.

Role:
- Recruitment of all roles across the organisation, extending to building talent pools across multiple disciplines
- Ensuring all relevant checks are completed for new starters
- Working on key projects to enhance the talent acquisition function
- Accountable for the delivery of recruitment, entailing talent pipelining, sourcing, screening, assessment selection, offer management and pre-employment screening
- Producing monthly analysis and reports on recruitment and performance
- Training and coaching managers on interview techniques
- Supporting with assessment centres
- Develop recruitment campaigns, including advert design
- Support new centre openings
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Build social media presence online/ digital network

Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience
- Experience of ATS/CRM's
- Experience of using multi-channel candidate attraction strategies
