TSR are currently working with a 5*,well-established Housing developer who are looking to recruit an exceptional candidate to join their Customer Care department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to use their Customer Service skills as well as managing a strong team with the ability to achieve all set targets
Duties
• Support and work alongside the Customer Care Director to provide efficient, effective, high quality and customer focused after sales and maintenance service within the Customer Care department
• To lead and develop and strong team
• Ensuring customer care experience is represented in all aspects of operational delivery
• Ensure that the Customer Care team are trained and motivated to deliver the best customer service
• Handle and resolve high level / difficult customer complaints and feedback the results of inspections and audits to the site team and senior management
• Analyse and monitor the customer profile and associated customer needs
• Development of truly breakthrough customer experiences which are aligned to the future needs of our customers and the business
• To review our current processes and ensure that they are being used to maximise our opportunities
• Work closely with product development team to ensure that future development aligns with customer expectations
• Develop relationships with colleagues and senior stakeholders within all regions to ensure development and delivery of consistently great customer experiences into the business
• Develop your team members by enabling and motivating them to be the best that they can, building a strong talent pipeline to support the growth of the Business, completing Talent Mapping and Succession Planning bi-annually ahead of the mid-year and year-end Performance Development Reviews and discussing the outputs in these meetings
