As part of our next chapter, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment professional to join our forward thinking team.
Working on behalf of a range of our clients, you'll be involved in their recruitment processes from initial sourcing all the way to offer stage. You'll be successful in attracting, engaging, and hiring high-performing and inclusive talent whilst providing a first class service to both clients and candidates.
Your responsibilities will include;

Building strong partnerships with external HR teams and Hiring Managers, in order to identify and review their recruitment needs.

Writing job adverts and advertising vacancies across a range of platforms and social media.
*
Sourcing candidates through active search and networking.
*
Liaising closely with candidates; dealing with general enquiries, arranging interviews, making offers and declining unsuccessful applications.
*
Keeping records and systems up to date, and ensuring that both candidates and clients are proactively communicated with.
You must have previous experience working in recruitment, either in-house or for an agency. Highly customer focused, you will put people and partnerships at the forefront of your work and will be keen to go that extra mile. Attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan your own workload are also key requirements in this post.
