Trainee / Junior Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician

Starting GBP20,000 - GBP23,000 (incremental salary rises beyond this as the role progresses)
Full training provided with a view to move into a Fully Trained Shift Maintenance Technician with a significant pay rise

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is looking to develop and invest in you and give you the skills to work across a range of equipment and processes including:
* Pumps, Motors and Gearboxes
* Pneumatics
* Hydraulics
* PLC driven systems
* Automated lines and Conveyors
* Site Facilities
Supplying to a diverse and enviable client portfolio, this role is a diverse position utilizing Mechanical and Electrical know-how to support site maintenance operations and processes. This would include:
* Site services work
* Repairs, Maintenance and routine servicing
* Electrical and Mechanical Fault Finding
* Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
* Wiring, Installations, Inspections, Testing and Commissioning of new and existing equipment
* Maintenance, Installation and Repair of site equipment
* PLC Fault Finding, Mods and Interrogation
* Rollers, Conveyors and Molder's
This is an exciting and long-term opportunity for the right person. Due to significant expansion and investment, they are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join their team who are looking for a long-term career with real development, training and growth potential.
Full training is provided and a clear training, development and career pathway will be made clear from the off as well as pay increments along the way until you are a fully qualified and certified shift engineer on-site that would see a significant pay rise.
Candidates should ideally be time served with either an Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled Apprentice and have an interest in fulfilling a Maintenance role. A valid and full UK Driving License with be advantageous.
**Engineers and Technicians who have just completed their apprenticeship training or perhaps just been made redundant after this are strongly encouraged to apply.**
