Managing customer relationships and resolving all VMWare, HP and EMC storage, networking, servers and connectivity technical support issues
Providing support via email or phone
Working with key healthcare informatics and medical imaging customers
Ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained
Your Background - IT Technical Operations Engineer (VMWare, Storage, Networking)
To be considered for this role you should have a strong background in an IT systems administration, technical support or service role and have some experience in the following:
VMWare
HP and EMC storage
Networking and servers
