We are recruiting for exceptional Teaching Assistants to support Key Stage 2 Pupils with barriers to learning .
Working in a fantastic , supportive and innovative setting you will support both full class sessions and on a 1:1 basis.
The positions are Monday to Friday and expected to run for the entire school year for the right applicants. Working hours will be between 8.30am and 4pm - to be confirmed
Our ideal candidates will have
* A great work ethic
* Fantastic people skills - able to build effective and meaningful rapport with hard to reach learners
* Great academic ability - able to support pupils with their lessons
* Full availability on the required dates above
* School or childcare setting experience
* Level 2 or 3 Qualification ( preferred not essential )
* A DBS on the update service or the willingness to apply for a certificate
* A desire to help young people with challenging behaviour
