Are you ready for your next education role? LTF Recruitment are currently seeking to appoint a behaviour mentor to support a school in NG6.
Candidates will be required to support students with complex behaviour range of complex therefore someone with experience in schools would be best suited. Although candidates who are motivated, driven, experienced and have an excellent ability to build trust with learners should also apply. This is a rewarding role, where successful candidates will have excellent progression opportunities and permanent work opportunities.
All Behaviour Mentors will be working on a 1:1 basis with learners as well as supporting the class teacher around the classroom. Interventions work, 121 support will be included.
The school require someone who:
Holds at least one years' experience of working within a school
Holds a teaching assistant qualification or relevant degree
Has a fantastic attendance record
Strong knowledge of behaviour management will be key
Will be able to quickly build relationships with children and staff
Must be willing to work hard, and go above and beyond
Is available to work from September 2021
Has a valid and up to date DBS
In return:
Great payrates between GBP75-GBP85 day
