JOB PURPOSE
With over 1,000,000 visitors to our digital sales channels every day, easyJet is one of the UK's leading digital businesses. EasyJet has an ambition of being the world's leading Data Driven airline and this role will have a crucial part to play in achieving that goal - ensuring data is at the heart of every decision we make. The easyJet Digital team have started to lay the foundations for the future but we are looking for a talented technical analyst to take us to the next level. Reporting into easyJet's Digital Team structure, you will be a key member of easyJet's Digital team, working with a talented team of digital analysts to develop and lead the digital tracking requirements for the business and enhance the data structure for easyJet's digital properties. This work will involve working with a wide range of stakeholder from across Digital, Marketing, Commercial, Customer, Legal and IT, putting you right at the heart of the business.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
*As a technical web analyst, your job role will include:
*Being responsible for building, testing and publishing Google Analytics tags and third-party tags in GTM and Ensighten, ensuring that reporting and analysis are providing the right insights using reliably tracked data.
*You will be testing the data Layer against the tracking requirements documentation and feeding back to the development team ensuring that all the issues are investigated and fixed.
*You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the tracking requirements document.
*You will be working with the relevant teams and third parties to gather analytics requirements and ensure that they are communicated and prioritised with the development team.
*You will be using Google Analytics 360 and Google BigQuery to support digital with analysis and reporting.
*You will be supporting the App tracking Firebase / GA4 requirements as well as our two main websites.
*You will play a part in supporting additional tagging requirements that may come through our CRO team.

KEY SKILLS
*Experience in a fast paced, highly commercial eCommerce environment
*Strong experience with Tracking/Tagging platforms, preferably GTM
*Strong experience interpreting business questions into technical analytics requirements, communicated to development teams
*Strong experience in Web Analytics packages (Google / Adobe / IBM)
*Experience in Google BigQuery or SQL desirable
*Experience with multiple MVT, A/B, and Analytics tools desirable
*Experience in analytics implementation on Single Page Applications desirable
*Experience in HTML and JavaScript is desirable
*Experience in dashboard presenting platforms (e.g. Data Studio, Tableau)
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build productive relationships both internally and externally
*Highly commercial, numerate with a high level of analytical skills
*Self-motivated, with ability to work autonomously, organising time and prioritising workload
*Ability to work and deal with ambiguity in a changing environment
*A strong sense of initiative, teamwork and flexibility
