Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a short term temporary assignment? Are you a friendly, welcoming person who is looking for work in Norwich? If so, please read on!
Our Client is currently looking for a Receptionist to join their team for 2 weeks to cover team holiday.
Duties:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, providing a high standard of customer service
- Switchboard
- Taking in parcels and advising couriers
- General administrative duties
The successful candidate must:
* Have a friendly manner
* Previous reception experience is essential
* Be willing to be adaptable and help where needed
* Be well-presented, punctual and concise with excellent attention to detail
* Have flexibility in hours and be able to work on an ad-hoc basis
