Senior Account Manager- Industrial Onsite, Burnley
GBP30,000 basic + bonus + package
Harrison Sands have a great new open for a seasoned professional within industrial onsite recruitment to join our client, a national onsite specialist as a Senior Account Manager leading and managing a team of 7 Onsite Coordinators and Operations staff on a 400 daily shift strong site based in Burnley rising to over 1000 daily shifts in peak (with additional headcount requirements available at this point to hire into your team). This is an opportunity for strong visibility within the business and will be working on one of their prestige client accounts.
As Senior Account Manager, you will be the core client contact onsite and will be responsible for collecting, organising and communicating all client-requested KPI data and reporting, presenting to key stakeholders and ensuring that onsite relations run smoothly, communicating effectively with the internal Account Director who deals with this client on a national level. Day-to-day duties include conducting interviews, site inductions, payroll, attendance management, grievance and disciplinary, etc. Responsible for meeting the account SLA's, ensuring accurate and timely payroll of all the temporary workers, auditing of workers files, producing reports and management information, and managing all onsite agency staff.
All applicants must have a valid UK driver's licence and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and be able to work Monday to Friday with flexibility on start and finish times in peak periods.
