Due to an exciting time of growth ACM Global Labs are expanding their Proposals team to include a new Senior role in the UK.

The primary role of the Senior Proposal Analyst is to perform all functions of Clinical Trials Proposal and Budget generation, providing support for all Clinical Trials Business Development staff. The Senior Proposal Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for the Contracts and Proposals team and assists with training and mentoring of team members. The senior role serves as a mentor, subject matter expert (SME), and process improvement lead for the team. The position has oversight of activities that impact the team and ensures completeness of proposal activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate accurate and timely client proposals by reading, analysing, and collaboratively working with the functional teams to understand client's Request for Proposal ("RFP") & protocol.

* Prepare proposal revisions and amendments as required.

* Incorporate feedback into proposals from internal review process.

* Ensure all proposal versions created during the initial proposal phase through project award/completion are filed in accordance with team requirements.

* Perform timely and accurate entry of relevant information into required systems, such as Salesforce and Smartsheet.

* Work cross functionally across organization to provide client requested price estimates.

* Coordinate and develop RFI (Request For Information) completion.

* Assess and assign incoming RFP requests within the team.

* Assist Business Development staff with the daily monitoring and communications with any Preferred Providers' (PP) email distribution inquires, as needed.

* Lead daily proposals triage call.

* Assist in the performance of the quality control review of Clinical Trials Proposals.

* Assist in the preparation and processing of all levels of contractual documents, including but not limited to; work orders, clinical trial contracts, Letter of Intents (LOIs), start-up agreements, confidentially agreements and Master Services Agreements.

* Assist with the collection and maintenance of team metrics.

* Assist in the maintenance of RFP templates and pricing tools.

* Lead, participate, and contribute to process improvement initiatives, as required

* Ensure that all training and regulatory requirements are met on time.

* Provide support as a subject matter expert("SME").

* Serve as an escalation point for peers.

* Serve as a mentor in the training of new staff.

* Read, understand and adhere to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within required timelines.

* Perform other duties as assigned.
