School Cook
Urgent Requirement from Tuesday 7th September for 1-2 weeks

GBP9.50ph.
Interaction are recruiting for a Catering Assistant with an immediate start on a temp to perm basis.
Duties:
?? Prepare hot and cold food ensuring it is non-injurious to health,
?? Serve customers and use the cashless system as required.
?? Comply with Food Hygiene (England) regulations 2006, Health & Safety legislation, local food safety policies and healthy school policies.
?? Maintain stock rotation system (FIFO)
?? Ensure that all relevant H.A.C.C.P documentation has been filled in correctly and items outside the tolerance levels are reported immediately.
?? To ensure that the catering department is kept in a hygienic and safe condition at all times using the appropriate cleaning materials as directed.
To be considered for this position:
?? Experience working in a busy kitchen,
?? Smart, clean appearance,
?? Basis food hygiene qualification
