As Leeds city centre continues to entice developers who are eager to build everything from office space to hotels and apartments, we are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team of a developer led Consultancy based in the city centre.
Located within walking distance of Leeds Train Station, this leading property & construction company is currently going through a rapid period of growth specifically in the private sector and are looking for a degree qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally MRICS chartered, to work within their multi-disciplinary team on residential, education and commercial projects.
Their team is made up of both Project and Surveying professionals who deliver tailored advice to an ever-expanding portfolio of Clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a growing, dynamic and sociable office and make an impact. Candidates interested in this opportunity should have experience working for a PQS consultancy across multi sectors within Property. Membership of the RICS is preferred although not essential but experience in delivering projects from inception to completion is a must. The Quantity Surveyor should also have a positive can-do attitude and be confident in dealing with clients.
