Support Worker to work with Adolescents

Successful candidates will be working with 11 to 18-year-old children and young people who have been placed in the care system for various reasons. Children and young people may have learning disabilities, complex needs and display challenging behaviour. The day-to-day routines vary from taking young people to education, shopping, leisure activities as well as household tasks. Personal care might be required with some service users.

A minimum of 6 months recent relevant UK experience within a similar setting is required.
