West Yorkshire (Mobile)
GBP36,000 - GBP40,000 + Company Vehicle + Company Benefits
Your new company
* A national Facilities management services provider.
* Technical specialist within the Facilities Management industry.
Your new role
* You will be working in a mobile role completing reactive maintenance and quoted work tasks to a range of retail and hotel sites across the West Yorkshire area. (Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Bradford, Wakefield).
* This is a hands-on role and would suit an individual that can work using their own initiative and have a proactive approach to undertake all tasks required.
* Will be part of on call rota (1in5).
* Ensure that all tasks are completed within the contractual time scales.
* Knowledge of a variety of Commercial appliances and installations.
What you'll need to succeed
* Full UK Driving licence.
* Experience completing reactive maintenance within a FM environment (Desirable)
* Minimum Qualifications required: CORT1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICPN1.
