Social Personnel is an established provider of recruitment and workforce solutions to the public sectors. Over the last 12 months the demand for the services we provide to our clients has gone through the roof and this has created new opportunities for both existing and new colleaues to progress their careers. Our projects division provides a specialist assessment and managed service provision for our clients to outsource part of their service.

We are now looking for a Projects Coordinator to support the next phase of our growth. The successful candidate will work with our Senior Management Team to provide administrative support ensuring the successfull implementation and delivery of our project solutuions. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of the projects. Supporting with the sales process in preparing high quality tenders, presentations. Recruiting Associates directly and through our team of consultants, onboarding and aftercare with compliance, payroll and candidate / client reviews.

Previous experience isnt necessarily required as you will be surounded by experts to support and guide you. However a desire to succeed and a will to work hard is a must. The ideal candidate will be an administrative genuious and be fluent with all office programmes, be highly organised and be able to meet deadlines whilst juggling a number of work streams.
