Physicist - Medical Technology

Polytec are looking for a number of talented and creative Physicists to join our Cambridge based client. Our client is open to applicants at a variety of different stages in their career from recent graduates to candidates who are subject matter experts in their chosen field. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team, working on a variety of cutting edge technologies.

Responsibilities may include:-

* Carrying out technology landscaping
* Undertaking feasibility tests and proposing technical solutions based on your findings
* Working in multidisciplinary teams to identify unmet needs within the Medical Technology market and develop new technologies to meet these needs

Skills / experience needed:-

* An excellent degree in Physics with proven hands on, technical experience
* A strong understanding of practical applications of science
* Skills in coding (MATLAB or Python preferable)
* The ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
