Injection Moulding Process Technician
* Upto 32k Neg DOE

Experience Required
For this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience of setting injection moulding machines
Experience in high volume, quick tool change, and short run production environment.
Experienced Technical Setting skills with good knowledge of polymer science.
A-Levels or further qualifications (Recognised plastics industry qualification (NVQ, ONC, HNC etc.) would be desirable although not essential
Knowledge of ISO9001 & ISO14001 & ISO50001, OEE, 5S, Quality Tools
Experience of Krauss Maffei, Negri Bossi, Battenfeld and BMB machines would be an advantage.
The Job
Shift role with a deal of flexibility as may be required to support the business.
A team player with the ability to work productively and easily with others.
Setting standards on machines and training others to set up and make improvements.
Performing tool changes and setup of machines.
Fault diagnosis.
Developing new products.
Excellent communicator. Ability to work well and calmly under pressure. Flexible and approachable. Excellent attention to detail.
