A leading research & development organisation are seeking a skilled NPI Assistant Team Lead to join their growing engineering team on their site in Hereford, Herefordshire.

In this NPI Assistant Team Lead role you will be responsible for assisting with the leadership of NPI projects for a busy manufacturing facility. This includes the verification and validation of new products and test development support.

Skills / experience required for the NPI Assistant Team Lead job:

* Exposure to RF technology would be beneficial but not essential.

* Strong experience in hardware test automation.

* Proven background in new product introduction

* Experience in leading or mentoring team members

The main responsibilities for the NPI Assistant Team Lead job are:

* Manage and lead multiple NPI projects.

* Provide leadership to the test development team.

* Design/update test rig hardware and software.
