1 x Maternity Cover & 1 x Perm role
Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm with an hour for lunch

Our client, a highly ranked Top 100 and award-winning Law firm based in the centre of Cardiff, is currently looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their Front of House team.
Our client has recently claimed the 'Best Corporate Workplace' title as announced by British Council for Offices (BCO). The successful candidate will therefore welcome and deliver a friendly, efficient, first class service to clients and guests visiting the office. In addition, they will provide telephone support and answer inbound calls as appropriate.
Duties will include:
* Greeting clients upon arrival.
* Arranging refreshments.
* Ensuring relevant personnel are notified when clients and visitors arrive.
* Ensuring reception areas are maintained at all times.
* Supporting onsite events.
* Answering inbound telephone calls.
* Administrative duties as appropriate.
The successful candidate will be professional in appearance and conduct with excellent communication skills.
They will be able to demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and have an excellent telephone manner
