Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone in a clear and efficient manner.
- Updating our CRM and reporting systems.
- Managing recruitment enquiries via phone and emails.
- Preparing contractual documentation.
- Any other related duties as required.
Administrative & General office experience required
- Previous experience in an office setting (ideally).
- PC literate with strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel and any other commonly used software.
- Established internet skills, including use of e-mail programs and group messaging.
- Accomplished organisational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Self starter who can work independently.
- Skilled in establishing priorities and managing workload.
- Ability to follow procedures efficiently.
- An enthusiastic, highly motivated and positive mindset.
