Office Administrator - Milton Keynes - Full time

Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator, based in Milton Keynes on a full time basis.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering the telephone in a clear and efficient manner.
  • Updating our CRM and reporting systems.
  • Managing recruitment enquiries via phone and emails.
  • Preparing contractual documentation.
  • Any other related duties as required.

Administrative & General office experience required

  • Previous experience in an office setting (ideally).
  • PC literate with strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel and any other commonly used software.
  • Established internet skills, including use of e-mail programs and group messaging.
  • Accomplished organisational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical).
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Self starter who can work independently.
  • Skilled in establishing priorities and managing workload.
  • Ability to follow procedures efficiently.
  • An enthusiastic, highly motivated and positive mindset.
