Our client are well respected General Insurance and Financial Services organisation, Multi-Award Winners in 'Which Magazine Winners' 2015 to 2021 - 5* Defaqto Rated! (Based just a 20 minute drive outside of central Newtown)
Our client is also established in the local community who are now, due to expansion seeking to add to their friendly and highly professional team.
Ideally, you will have experience in either Personal Banking (Bank Manager) Insurance-Insurance Broker/Manager, or indeed some Insurance/Financial Services Sales Team Leader
This role will be multi-faceted so the successful applicant will have to be able to multi-task and be hands-on in their day-to-day duties.
Ideally, you will have experience in either Personal Banking (Bank Manager) - Insurance-Insurance Broker/Manager, or indeed some Financial Services background as a Sales Team Leader, Insurance Broker-Team Leader or similar.
This role will be multi-faceted so the successful applicant will have to be able to multi-task and be hands-on in their day-to-day duties.
You will ned to have a good level of enthusiasm, together with sound organisation skills in order to carry out such duties as training-coaching and disciplinary actions to other members of staff, if and when required. You will need to bring plenty of drive and foresight to this professional team in order to maintain the success their offices have already gained!
