A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for an experienced German SpeakingCustomer Services Representative.
You will be required to deliver an excellent customer service to our German customer base, focusing primarily on our client's German business. You will be supporting customers with general enquiries and delivery options in a helpful and efficient manner. Proactively meeting customer expectations, delivering superior customer service, analysing and implementing growth opportunities while giving full support to the customer service team.
Main Duties:
* Maintain high levels of communication within the team on relevant information.
* Generate Sales reports through the companies internal system or Excel.
* Provide total customer service for all clients.
* To ensure all orders are processed efficiently in lines with company procedures.
* Complete on a daily basis all required documentation for CRM and Pipelines.
* Coordinate deliveries for all customer sites internationally.
* Review sales / stock trends for inventory management.
Ideal Experience:
* Speak Fluent German
* At least 3 years customer service experience.
* A working knowledge of domestic and European delivery.
* Problem solving and change management skills.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Possess a pro-active philosophy and have the ability to self-motivate in a fast pace environment.
* IT literate. (Excel) and business-related computer skills.
