Maintenance Engineer
Leicester
4 ON 4 OFF ROTATING DAYS AND NIGHTS
GBP35-40k
Maintenance Engineer required for a leading specialist expanding brand in Leicester. Ideally from an FMCG Food background you will be used to working on high speed production lines and have the background to also work on packaging, ovens, weighers, etc.
We are looking for an experienced multi skilled Engineer to take on an exciting role for a company that offers a friendly feel, excellent career progression and a focus on Continuous Improvement and site expansion.
Shift 4 on 4 off Rotating Days and Nights
Educated in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering to City and Guilds or NVQ level
Proven maintenance background
Ability to develop, an excellent technical knowledge of the plant.
Relevant food manufacturing experience, or equivalent
A logical fault finding approach to breakdowns and problem solving.
Sense of urgency whilst never compromising safety or product quality.
Pro-active, ability to work within and also drive through continuous improvement initiatives.We Will look at Engineers of all levels as one of the key factors for this role is the drive and determination to better yourself and the site. This role will involve some level of autonomy.
