We are recruiting for a Sales Office & Customer Service Manager in the Cobham area for a well-established and fast growing company who offer a landscape improvement working in the public and private sector and within a number of sectors including Construction, Utilities, Property Management, Sports , Leisure & Hospitality, Retail, Office & Industrial, Private & Social Housing, Healthcare, Schools, Academies, Colleges & Universities, Rail, Facilities Management, Local Authorities, Emergency Services and Historical Buildings.

The Sales Office & Customer Service Manager will manage the Sales Office and Customer Service team, support the Sales Team, monitor sales performance and KPI's, be the point of contact for elevated customer queries and work with the sales and wider team to compile and manage quotations and tender submissions.

On offer for the successful applicant is a basic salary of up to GBP40,000, plus bonus, on-site parking, pension scheme, laptop, mobile phone, and the opportunity to progress in what is an established and fast-growing business as it continues to expand its service offering and client base.

The Main Duties for the Sales Office & Customer Service Manager will be:

* Working closely with the team to ensure the effective processing of all inbound sales enquiries, orders and ensuring all warranties and guarantees are completed, recorded, and sent to customers.

* Managing the externally based Site Survey Consultants.

* Preparing sales reports, quotations and completing tender documentation using the information provided by the sales team and as part of the customer service team offering admin support service to the sales team.

* Ensuring accurate detail on customers and sales are recorded on the internal CRM system.

* Working closely with the sales, finance, and operational teams to ensure orders are processed and that consultations, site visits and site surveys are booked efficiently.

* Taking overall responsibility for projects that are assigned to the customer service or internal sales team,

* Developing and measuring customer satisfaction goals, coordinating with the various teams to ensure they are continually met.

* Developing and motivating your team to create a team that are confident in cross-selling and promoting new services as they are rolled out.

* Keeping up to date with the latest industry techniques and methods as well as monitoring and recording competitor activity and service offering.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate:

* A minimum of five years' experience from within a Customer Service, Sales Office or Sales Team supporting role and of managing a cross skilled team that are proficient in administration and have the ability and confidence to promote and sell the companies service offering.

* IT literacy with a good knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must) as well as CRM software.

* That you are a self-starter, a good team leader who has a proven history of developing sales and sales support teams.

* If you have experience from within the sector then that would be an advantage, but key is the experience of customer service, administration, team management and sales development.
