Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP32,000 per annum
Location: Borehamwood
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am till 5pm

- Strong experience of providing employee relations advise.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to analyse and review data
RESPONSIBILITIES
??Responsible for producing HR analytical data reports
??First point of contact for all head office employee's HR queries
??Provide advice to line managers following HR policies
??Support line managers in formal meetings including topics such as grievance, disciplinary and appeals
??Deal with probation procedure.
??Support HR administrator with queries via company website and sending HR documents.
??Ensure new starter inductions are completed successfully & conduct exit interviews.
??Ensure right to work documents are up to date
??Liaise with payroll regarding employee pay changes.
