Account Manager - German Market

Our client is recruiting for a Client Account Manager who is a fluent or native German speaker to join their team

Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for delivering excellence of service to the business' client base in Germany

Duties to include:

• Receive client enquiries and respond
• Produce quotations
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients responding to requests in a timely manner with a priority on excellence of service
• Develop opportunities utilising the existing database
• Develop Marketing literature appropriate for the German market
• Liaise internally to collate information for quotations
• Send samples when required
• Evaluate client orders for accuracies including specifications and drawings
• Translate documents as required

Our ideal candidate will...

• Be a fluent or native German speaker
• Have strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and engage rapidly
• Have good attention to detail able to work meticulously
• Experience of Technical Sales/Sales Administration/Customer Service would be a benefit although not essential

Our client offers a good basic salary plus the opportunity for an annual bonus, desirable hours of 35 per week (office based only) and 25 days + bank holidays
