Production Labourer / Packer required
Carlton-in-Lindrick
Immediate start
GBP8.91 - GBP10.25 per hour
Location: Carlton In Lindrick, ideal for those based in Doncaster, Worksop, Sheffield, Rotherham, Mansfield or Retford.
Hourly Rate: Over 23: GBP8.91 - GBP10.25 per hour / 18-23: GBP8.36 - GBP9.61 per hour
+Overtime at 1.5x (weekdays and Sat) or 2x (Sun) +Holiday Pay
Working hours: Day shift: 06:00 - 14:30 / Afters shift: 14:00 - 22:30 (Monday - Friday)
Start date: Immediate start available
Job Requirements:
* Previously worked in a Labour intensive position
* Happy to work in a dusty and unclean environment
* Capable of repetitive lifting of products up to 25kg
* Have own safety boots (steel toe cap)
* Must be willing to work on either a days or afters shift depending on needs of the business.
Duties will include:
* Bagging / Packing products and stacking on pallets ready for distribution (full bags weight between 1kg - 25kg)
* Re-working pallets
* Wrapping of finished product, hand wrapping as well as via use of wrapping machine
* Ensuring work areas are kept safe and clean
* Repetitive and physically demanding work
Full onsite induction and training will be provided. Opportunity for permanent contract after 12 weeks
