Account Manager

Our fantastic, Nationwide client based in Tamworth are looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their busy, dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to develop a career within a well-established, corporate environment.

As the Account Manager you will be responsible for:

• Making outbound sales calls to existing accounts to grow active business customers
• Identifying potential business needs from existing clients and cross selling
• Maintaining a comprehensive CRM system
• Sending follow up emails to potential clients
• Liaising with decision makers to ensure relationships are being built to a high standard
• Working towards KPI's and targets set by Management

The successful Account Manager will have:

• Previously worked in an outbound, telesales or telemarketing position
• Proven track record of achievement within an Account Management or Sales position
• Demonstrable experience in growing accounts to deliver against targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A confident user of all Microsoft packages and CRM systems

In return the Account Manager will receive a basic salary of GBP19,000 with a realistic OTE GBP30,000 per annum, plus monthly incentives. Free on-site parking along with 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and Christmas. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
