At Car Care Plan, we're looking to recruit a number of Technical Claim Specialists to join our Team in Bradford, dealing with claims and general telephone enquiries received from customers, dealerships and end users.
Delivering an exceptional customer experience, you'll use your expert technical knowledge and experience to authorise claims and negotiate claim payments for mechanical breakdowns, parts and labour rates which can involve very high values.
All we ask is that you hold City & Guilds Level 3 certificate (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Maintenance, with previous experience working in a Motor Vehicle Engineer environment, excellent customer service skills and be IT literate.
Initially, you'll be based full time from the office whilst you carryout the training and then once completed, you can also work from home too.
