Sales Account Manager Energy/Utilities/Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow an existing base of customers
• Manage the customer through design and construction to completion of multi utility infrastructure projects.
• Generate new customers, providing quotations and generating sales.
• Maintain detailed records of your pipeline and sales using the CRM system.
• Provide senior management with accurate sales forecasts using the CRM system.
• Liaise with energy suppliers to obtain quotes and process sales orders.

Skills and experience required:

• B2B telesales skills and experience are essential
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a can-do attitude
• A tenacious negotiator with the ability to influence at a senior level
• Experience multi utility infrastructure sales is highly desirable
• Experience of B2B telephone sales and account management is desirable
• Highly organised with effective pipeline and time management skills
