An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client a Leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for an HR Advisor/Consultant based at their prestigious facility in Blackfriars, London. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 12 months, working a 36.25 hour week, this could lead to a perm role for the right applicant. This role is paying between to GBP35,000 and GBP41K per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
Job Description:
The role will be primarily to support a large scale change programme
Working alongside the HRBP and project team to assist with planning, timelines, announcement preparation, script drafting , Q&As and other relevant documentation where required
Act as a single point of contact for all change activities providing continuity of support through handover
Be the central "link" for the project and coordinate between the project team, the People Experience team and the Talent Team
Support with data capture to ensure accurate reporting to senior management for monthly change check-in meetings or ad-hoc requests for information
Support with and/or develop skills and capabilities matrix, if required
Attend and support collective consultation meetings, taking notes and collating questions / feedback
Assisting with the production of Q&A documentation where required (e.g. as part of collective consultation process) or other central comms to employees and/or line managers
Support line managers in the individual consultation processes, such as 1:1 consultation meetings and notice meetings
Brief and coach line managers where required
Support employees inside and outside of their consultation meetings with their questions or concerns
Minute-taking of formal meetings
Coordination of follow-up paperwork, where required
Supporting successful continuation and evolution of any Future of Work initiatives relevant to those at risk of redundancy and/or served notice of redundancy (e.g. Career Health Check, Funding for Reskilling and U-Train), and a smooth handover of the administrative requirements in relation to this
Supporting PELs with other change programmes, day to day ER casework and BAU work, where required
Essential skills and experience:
HR background
Extensive relevant UK Employment Law knowledge
Operational change management experience
Strong ER casework background
Project management or programme management experience
Ability to prioritise multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Competent with Excel Word, PowerPoint, etc
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly professional and confidential
Able to work on own initiative and drive activity at pace
