Payroll Administrator
My client, a global leader in its industry, are looking for an experienced payroll administrator to join their growing team. For the successful candidate, this is an amazing opportunity to join a thriving business during a period of exponential growth.
Responsibilities:
*Process payroll to meet operational requirements
*Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner
*Administer benefit plans
*Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements - GDPR
*Compile data from payroll sources
*Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
*Monitor the accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions and terminations
*Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements
*Support all internal and external audits related to payroll
*Support Payroll Team
To be considered for this position you will already have experience in a busy payroll environment and helped support the wider HR function. In addition, you will need detailed knowledge of; PAYE, NI, HMRC legislation, benefits, pensions and experience with both monthly and weekly payroll.
Monday to Friday, business working hours.
